Domestic
We ship Australia wide via Australia Post (these are shown as Parcel Post or Express Post). Whether it be to your residential address, business, PO Box or your local participating Post Office, we have you covered. Please refer to Australia Post website for their full terms and conditions.
As well as Australia Post, we also offer a third party provider who use trusted Courier Companies with competitive rates. Other couriers are utilised in circumstances where parcels have dimensions and weights that are too big for the standard Australia Post service. Please note some third party providers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. To offer you the cheapest rates possible we've chosen ATL (Authority To Leave), only choose these options if there is a safe place for the Courier to leave your parcel and you don't require Transit Warranty.
If you would like Transit Warranty, select "Sign Rqd Incl Warranty". This covers any damage up to $100.00. Yes, this will cost you slightly more than the ATL.
For our bigger/heavier items such as our Boat Seat Boxes & Tackle Centre Consoles that require pallets, we need the full 7 days. Be sure you can get these items off the truck yourself as we don't offer taillift delivery trucks, and there is no Transit Warranty included in courier pricing Please Contact Us for a quote or continue your purchase at the nominated offered rates.
The difference between Pallet and Pallet Taillift. Pallet option is cheaper because the courier Company thinks you can get the pallet off at your end with no help from the driver, if you can't get it off, your product won't be delivered, it will be held at the Courier Depot for 5-7 days and there may be an additional charge for pick-up or re-delivery. The Pallet Taillift is more expensive, but you don't need someone to help you nor do you need a forklift and saves you and us running around organising re-delivery.
As the Customer, you will be kept up to date at all stages from when you purchase our products, to fulfillment and finally to tracking. Please note with tracking information, if your email is not provided then tracking information can not be forwarded to you. Any queries with tracking of product/s should be through the courier service with the tracking number provided as they have more detailed information than we do.

Unfortunately, our rates calculator doesn’t include any duties or taxes that may be payable in your Country on customs clearance. The carrier will calculate these and payment will be required prior to delivery.
